Water Drops on Pine Needles
Tranquility and beauty (guest post from Colorful World)
Today’s post is a cross-post from my newest photography-centered site—Colorful World. I will continue to post occasional photos here Do Everything In Love, but Colorful World will delve more deeply into these photos, the stories behind them, and offer opportunities for paid subscribers to receive free downloads of my photos as well as other perks.
Enjoy this first excerpt from Colorful World:
Water drops hanging on pine needles create a captivating sight, transforming the otherwise ordinary slender, green foliage into a glistening masterpiece. The contrast of crystal-clear droplets against green needles brings with it a certain sense of tranquility and beauty.
Each water droplet hangs delicately from the surface of the needle, like a jewel nestled down in a safe place. The drops cling to the slender tips, suspended in a delicate dance between gravity and cohesion. Some drops gather at the very tips of the needles, while others cluster together along the length of the branches, creating a mesmerizing pattern of sparkling spheres.
